What to expect with us

• Leading a team of employees in air freight handling
• Loading freight shipments onto specific air freight pallets or into air freight containers with the subordinate employees
• Meeting deadlines during freight loading
• Compliance with and enforcement of work instructions and safety regulations
• Recording loaded freight shipments in a computer system on the PC and with mobile devices
• Recording additional services for billing
• Creating damage reports for defective shipments
• Ensuring order and cleanliness at the workplace

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training, ideally in logistics
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage
• Professional experience in logistics
• Committed, flexible, resilient and reliable
• Good grasp of things
• Confident appearance
• Strong role model function
• Efficient and quality-oriented working style
• Good German in spoken and written form
• Willingness to work shifts (including Sat/Sun and night shifts)
• Possession of a forklift licence
