About the job
Your Tasks
As a staff member in the Research Administration Services team, you will liaise with researchers and project managers and take on administrative coordination and assistance tasks for the research and development area in the following fields:
- Administrative support and assistance for research projects
- General administrative tasks (appointment coordination, managing pending items, organising meetings and taking minutes, correspondence)
- Participation and support in organising events and conferences
- Maintenance of databases, project management tools, documentation systems and website content
- Coordination with marketing and communications
- Continuous optimisation of administrative processes in the research and development area
Your Profile
- Solid commercial basic training with professional experience or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- Experience in independently solving organisational, planning and coordination tasks
- Confident use of the German language; good knowledge of English is desirable
- Enjoyment in thinking along, openness to new topics and tasks
- Responsible and quality-conscious working style
- Music/research/university background is an advantage
- Communicative personality
- Team player and flexible
