At the location in Köniz, we are looking for a
Group Home Management 80-100%
Your tasks
You are responsible for the smooth professional and personnel management of the care team with around 15 employees including trainees
You organize and coordinate workflows and activities
You plan and conduct employee discussions and team meetings
You actively work in all services, including at the bedside
You participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, therapies, activation, and social counseling
Your profile
You have completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF, FH or Specialist in Long-Term Care and
Support with federal FA
You are an engaged and motivated leadership personality, leadership experience is an advantage
You have completed a leadership training or are willing to complete one
You have a high organizational and communication ability
You enjoy training others and ideally bring corresponding experience
You have a healthy sense of humor
You are authentic, clear, practical, and confident in your actions
