Are you looking for a varied role in logistics, bring commitment, and want to actively contribute to the success of our company? Then you are exactly right with us! To strengthen our motivated team in Bern, we are looking for a dynamic personality as a Logistics Specialist.
- Independent handling of goods receipt and dispatch
- Project-related picking and organisation of returns as well as RMA processes
- Maintenance and management of customer data in ServiceNow (including ticketing, SN & MAC addresses, inventory tasks, etc.)
- Organisation and execution of the annual warehouse inventory
- Efficient warehouse management and monitoring of material stock
- Competent and timely processing of enquiries - whether by e-mail, telephone or in person
- Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ
- Several years of practical experience, preferably in the ICT sector
- Confident use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Solid SAP knowledge (S/4Hana)
- Team-oriented, reliable and responsible working style
- Strong service orientation and commitment
- German as a mother tongue as well as good English skills, French skills are a plus
- Workplace: Bern
- Working days: Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday (other working days possible by arrangement)
