What you can achieve
- Expanding Swiss defence capabilities with and against drones (loitering munitions / strike drones, interceptor drones, counter-UAV)
- Shaping Swiss and international drone initiatives as well as developing innovative concept proposals to initiate new customer projects
- Expanding the Swiss and international network in military and civilian environments as well as positioning the RUAG Drones Business Unit in the international drone community
- Participating in relevant national and international conferences as well as building and maintaining collaborations with startups
- Conducting negotiations with potential customers and partners
- Supporting and winning VBS drone projects and tenders
- Implementing won projects including building and leading the implementation team within the matrix organisation
What you bring
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in a technical field, e.g. IT, mechanical engineering, aerospace
- Several years of professional experience in project management
- Strong expertise in a technological field regarding business, development and operational application
- Sound economic and strategic thinking
- High self-initiative and entrepreneurial mindset
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Swiss nationality (functionally required)
