The previous post holder is moving on to a new role, which is why this important leadership position is being newly filled. Your new role

• You will take on the personnel and technical leadership of electrical maintenance with around ten mostly long-standing employees, including two experienced team leaders, and develop the department together with them.
• As a qualified manager according to NIV and plant manager, you are responsible for the entire electrical infrastructure and ensure compliance with legal regulations and safety standards.
• You organise and optimise preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate the deployment of external specialist companies, and ensure high availability of production facilities together with your team.
• You take responsibility for demanding investment projects and technical modernisations. This includes, for example, the planned expansion of electrical connection capacity by several megawatts.
• You analyse technical faults, develop sustainable solutions, drive improvements in systems and processes, and participate in budget planning and monitoring.

What distinguishes you

• You have a higher electrotechnical education, for example as a certified electrical installer, HF technician in electrical engineering, or electrical engineer, and possess the expertise according to NIV.
• You bring several years of experience in electrical maintenance or operation of industrial plants and have sound knowledge of electrical engineering, ideally also automation.
• You have already led employees and know how to motivate and develop your team with professional competence, appreciation, and clear, binding leadership.
• You think entrepreneurially, act independently, and are characterised by analytical thinking, a structured way of working, and a strong solution orientation.
• You communicate confidently in German or French and have good knowledge of the other language.
