About the job
In our paediatrics department, everything revolves around the competent and personal care of our youngest patients - from the first day of life to adolescence. Our small, dedicated team works closely with obstetrics, the emergency department, and other specialist areas. Short distances, straightforward communication, and a family-like collaboration characterise our daily routine.
What to expect
- Care of newborns including primary care
- Care of children in the emergency department (surgical and paediatric)
- Care of our younger and older patients on the ward
- Opportunity to establish your own consultation hours
- Participation in the development of emergency care for children
- Shift work between 7:30 am and 10:30 pm
- Organisation of regular training sessions for assistant doctors in medicine, surgery, and gynaecology
What you bring to us
- Specialist in paediatrics, possibly with an additional focus
- Experience in primary care and care of newborns
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Motivation to develop and expand basic care for children
- Team spirit and flexibility
- Empathy and joy in working with children, adolescents, and their families
- Good command of German, both spoken and written
