About the job

What you can achieve

You support us in the daily operations on our closed geriatric and neuropsychiatric acute ward and can specifically contribute your expertise and experience
You help implement our ward concept and continuously develop it with us
Together with the interprofessional treatment team, you contribute to stabilizing the patients and thus to a better quality of life

You have a degree as a Certified Nurse HF/FH/DNII (or hold an equivalent diploma from abroad that is recognized in Switzerland)
You have at least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in the environment of patients with dementia
You are a flexible and motivated personality who enjoys facing challenges and actively shaping changes
You appreciate multiprofessional collaboration in a dynamic environment
You enjoy working with people in acute crisis situations
