• You organise and coordinate the varied daily nursing routine as the person responsible for the day in a nursing home group with long-term care clients
• You share responsibility for planning, implementing, monitoring and adjusting the nursing process and are supported by nursing experts
• You accompany and support trainees and students in the challenging nursing daily routine and in their learning situations
• You involve relatives of our residents in your primary nursing care

• You have a diploma recognised in Switzerland as a nursing specialist HF / FH and very good German skills
• Your nursing knowledge is solid and you are interested in professional and personal development
• The varied tasks suit your nature
• You are enthusiastic about both relationship work and medical-technical activities
• The nursing process is central to you and you are keen to help shape its further development
