Property Accountant 40-60% (m/f/d)

Our company has been active since January 2018 and manages exciting commercial and residential properties in Winterthur and the surrounding region. In addition to operational tasks, you have the opportunity to actively help shape the further development of the company. Therefore, we are looking for a committed, communicative personality who works independently. We offer you an exciting and varied range of tasks in a motivated team. Our office is located in close proximity to Winterthur train station, and we value flexible working hours and a modern working environment.

Your tasks

• Managing property accounting for commercial and residential properties including condominium ownership/owner associations and company accounting
• Preparing heating and operating cost statements
• Monitoring incoming payments and dunning processes
• Processing debtors and creditors
• Preparing VAT returns
• Preparing quarterly and annual financial statements
• Collaboration with property management
• Contact with property owners and tenants

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Relevant further education in finance and accounting
• Several years of experience in property accounting
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with property management software RimoR5 or GaraioREM
• Precise and independent working style
• Teamwork and strong communication skills
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
