About the job
For our client, a technically oriented company in the field of customised solutions, we are looking for an organised and solution-oriented individual for a versatile interface role between design, work preparation and production. The position combines approximately 50% design and 50% work preparation. We are seeking a person who understands technical contexts, enjoys organising and coordinating, and is confident working in a modern CAD environment. The role also offers interesting development opportunities. With increasing experience, more responsibility can be taken on in project management, operations management and customer support, if desired.
- Creating and adapting 3D designs, assemblies and technical drawings
- Implementing customised solutions with a modern CAD system (SolidWorks)
- Preparing manufacturing documents, parts lists and technical documentation
- Transferring design data into efficient production planning
- Coordination and planning of production orders considering deadlines, materials and capacities
- Coordination with purchasing, production and other internal interfaces
- Technical clarification of orders and support in finding solutions
- Coordination of multiple orders and ensuring a structured process
- Participation in optimising production and work processes
- Depending on development, taking on own projects and leadership responsibilities
- Further education at HF/FH level is an advantage
- Experience in design and/or work preparation
- Very good user knowledge of a 3D CAD system, ideally SolidWorks
- Good technical understanding and spatial imagination
- Enjoyment of a versatile role between office, design and production
- Strong organisational and structured working style
- Independent, solution-oriented and reliable personality
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with various contacts
- Willingness to take on increasing responsibility in the future

Profile
- Basic technical training, for example as a designer, polymechanic, plant and apparatus builder or comparable- Further education at HF/FH level is an advantage
