Our client is a regionally anchored Swiss company based in the Olten area. The company combines long-standing tradition with contemporary services and employs several dozen staff. To strengthen the team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced leader as Workshop Manager in the field of advertising technology.

Workshop Manager in the Field of Advertising Technology (m/f/d)

• Coordination and management of a team with several employees
• Planning and monitoring of all production processes in the workshop
• Ensuring quality and timely implementation of projects
• Support and professional guidance of assigned team members
• Organisation of workflows and resource deployment in operational business

• Completed vocational training in the field of advertising technology required
• Many years of leadership experience
• At least fifteen years of relevant practice in the field
• Sound expertise in visual communication and design
• Fluent German language skills
• Discreet, loyal and resilient personality
