YOUR TEAM AND ENVIRONMENT

As a Senior Relationship Manager in this versatile role, you are responsible for managing clients in the DACH region, developing and expanding long-term client relationships. Together with the team in Zurich, you ensure first-class client service, identify individual client needs, and offer tailored solutions. For the further growth of our business, we expect an excellent network in the DACH region, strong acquisition skills, and the ability to build sustainable and trustworthy relationships with existing and potential clients.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Support in taking over and managing existing clients from team members
• Acquisition and subsequent management and development of target clients from your own network and in collaboration with branches in Germany
• Quality management for clients as well as internal departments (Compliance, Account Management, Portfolio Management)
• Active participation in strategic product and sales campaigns
• Participation in relevant client events organised and conducted by the central event management of the ODDO-BHF group.
• Collaboration in projects to further develop the service offering and internal processes

YOUR REMUNERATION

We offer you a remuneration package tailored to your profile and skills. This remuneration consists of a fixed salary, a discretionary bonus individually determined at the end of each year, and the opportunity to become a shareholder. With an entrepreneurial spirit, we want to involve our employees in the success of the group by offering them the chance to become shareholders of the group together with the founding family. Together they own 90% of the capital. This resulting commitment enables us to achieve long-term shared growth.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

• Degree from a business or engineering university or a comparable education or degree, ideally with an interest in finance
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role as well as solid practice in
• Managing DACH clients from Switzerland
• Curiosity, perseverance, initiative, flexibility, and reliability
• Strong social and communication skills as well as enjoyment in working with diverse stakeholders
• High service and quality awareness and a client-oriented working style
• Independent, structured, and careful working method
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as other position-relevant systems and tools
• High level of discretion and sense of responsibility in handling confidential information
• Team spirit and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Fluent German; English and/or French skills are an advantage
