Spitex Care Assistant SRK

The Gesundheitsnetz Küsnacht AG (GNK) with the Tägerhalde and Wangensbach elderly and health centres with around 130 residents as well as day care, Spitex, assisted living and counselling with a total of around 250 employees is a non-profit public limited company wholly owned by the municipality of Küsnacht. We are looking for you to strengthen our committed and humorous Spitex team. We very much look forward to welcoming you soon.

Your new tasks

• Independent care and support in simple and stable care situations
• Independent implementation of clearly defined household tasks involving the clients
• Observing changes in the situation for the purpose of early detection and prevention and forwarding to case management
• Service recording and care documentation using Nexus and interRAI-HC

What you bring with you

• Completed course as SRK care assistant or willingness to attend SRK course
• Enjoyment in dealing with elderly people and persons in need of support
• Enjoyment in working independently and good organisational skills
• Good oral and written German skills as well as IT knowledge
• Driving licence category B is an advantage
