As a Joiner* AVOR, you are the link between project management, production and assembly. You work closely with the joinery team leader and ensure that good ideas become clean, timely and feasible solutions.

Your tasks

• Digital work preparation: Technical and organisational AVOR for demanding joinery and interior construction projects.
• CAD planning & CNC: Creating work and detail plans (Vectorworks / interior cad) as well as direct control of our 5-axis CNC.
• Efficient processes: Bills of materials are automatically generated – you check and optimise these for production.
• Interface coordination: Close collaboration with the joinery team leader, project management, purchasing and assembly.
• Quality & feasibility: Ensuring deadlines, quality and technical details.

Your profile

• Completed training as a joiner EFZ (or equivalent) and solid technical understanding.
• Professional experience in AVOR or strong, ambitious interest in deepening your knowledge in this area.
• Enthusiasm for digital processes, modern CAD/CNC workflows and structured working methods.
• Team player, solution-oriented and with a balanced, calm manner even in hectic moments.
