You will take over the management of LANDI Obfelden and lead the company according to the agreed business objectives. In doing so, you know how to lead motivated employees cooperatively and result-oriented, as well as promote their professional and personal development. You are committed to organizing the operation efficiently, establishing lean processes, and driving targeted further developments – especially in the areas of digitalization, process optimization, employer branding, and the website. In addition to strategic leadership, you are actively involved in the operational day-to-day business – including in the areas of personnel, finance, IT, real estate, construction projects, and marketing. You also build suitable deputies if necessary to ensure a sustainable leadership structure.

• You bring leadership experience from a similar role and are able to recognize connections and think in networks.

• You find it easy to efficiently juggle a wide range of tasks and love to grow with your responsibilities.

The LANDI Obfelden cooperative enjoys a special status within the Landi world. As a manageable, locally anchored cooperative, we focus on the concerns of customers in the Dorfmärt Obfelden (Volg) and in the Landimärt Bickwil (excluding the agricultural sector). In addition, we own four properties and are about to build a TopShop. Around 70 employees are committed daily to our customers.
