Your Tasks
You are responsible for all tasks in nursing and care, supported by your team. With your modern understanding of nursing, you competently handle a wide variety of everyday situations. You maintain a professional and empathetic approach to relatives and trusted persons. As a team leader, you take responsibility for the professional and organizational management of the team. You enjoy accompanying, leading, and promoting our apprentices, HF students, and employees in your role.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- Leadership experience is an advantage or willingness to complete leadership training
- Organizational strength and the ability to actively shape changes
- Service and customer orientation
- Conscientious working style
- Ability to set priorities
- Flexibility, independence, and resilience
