Your responsibilities
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities for Bucherer divisions
- Analyze financial performance and variances against targets
- Support the month-end financial closing process for Bucherer operations
- Maintain KPI dashboards for performance monitoring
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and provide insights
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management
Your skills
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Controlling, Accounting, or Chartered Specialist in Accounting and Financial Management preferred
- Experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting preferred
- Experience in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems) preferred
- Prior experience in retail finance or related industry preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Fluent expression in German and English (both spoken and written)
