As an application manager, you shape our digital future. For this, you take responsibility for our application portfolio, optimize cross-departmental work processes through targeted automation, and strengthen our team with your support and targeted training, especially for specialized applications in the areas of CAD and construction administration. Your focus is always forward-looking: you proactively bring in innovations such as AI and ensure their successful integration into our processes.
To be successful in this bridge-building role, you either come from planning/technical background with strong IT flair or are an IT professional who wants to dive deep into our specialized processes. You have experience in application management as well as process optimization and are familiar with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. As a communicative, structured, and service-oriented personality, you also bring the curiosity to explore new paths and positively question existing practices.
