Service Technician Building Automation (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 95,000Role:
As a service technician, you are responsible for the support, maintenance and further development of sophisticated building automation and smart home systems. You coordinate your assignments independently, resolve technical faults and advise customers directly on site as well as remotely.
Responsibilities:
Independent deployment and appointment planning as well as coordination of customer appointments
Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting on building automation and smart home systems
Planning, execution and documentation of remote maintenance
Carrying out inspections, maintenance and service calls on site
Modernisation, expansion and optimisation of existing systems
Customer advice as well as instruction and training in operating the systems
Creation and maintenance of installation and maintenance documentation
Proactive customer advice and support of existing customers
Preparation of quotes and invoices
Qualifications:
Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ or building IT specialist EFZ
At least 3 years of professional experience with KNX bus systems and ideally DALI, AMX, Basalte as well as IT networks
Enthusiasm for technology, building automation and smart home solutions
Strong interest in fault analysis, tinkering and technical solutions
Willingness to work flexible hours and at changing locations
Good German and English skills
