The retirement center Park is located in the heart of the cantonal capital Frauenfeld and is embedded in a beautiful park area. In our regionally rooted center, around 250 people find a loving home with individual care and support. Guests for short stays and day care are also warmly welcome. Together with our approximately 260 employees and over 40 trainees, we give our best every day to ensure that our residents feel comfortable and at home.
- You will learn to clean the rooms of our residents as well as the public areas, so that our guests feel truly comfortable
- You will learn how the entire process in service works, from ordering meals to serving
- You will gain the knowledge for planning an event; from taking orders to the final billing
- You will also get to know the laundry cycle during your training: among other things, advising on the phone, providing information at the reception in the retirement center Park as well as in our partner hotel

- Completed secondary school
- Depending on the duty schedule, you may start as early as 6:00 AM, so you should be well connected to public transport or have the appropriate mobility
- You are reliable, responsible, and hygiene-conscious
- During your training, you show interest and initiative and are a team player
- Your strong service orientation and empathy for our residents and guests will be evident during your training period
- You have the ability to think in a networked way and recognize the connections between your actions and potential consequences
- You are physically and mentally resilient, as you will mostly be working while standing
