Business Analyst / Project Manager 80-100%

The position is aimed at a committed individual who has sound knowledge of agriculture, enjoys taking responsibility, and drives projects forward with foresight, initiative, and communication skills.
Your tasks
You are the link between our customers and our development teams.
You plan and lead demanding IT projects for Swiss animal breeding.
You develop and model concepts, business processes, and requirements together with our customers, subject matter experts, and development teams.
You work closely with our development teams and accompany the implementation of requirements in modern web, mobile, and data platforms.
Through testing and professional acceptance, you ensure that the developed solutions meet the requirements of our customers.
What you should bring
University degree in agricultural sciences, business informatics, or an equivalent qualification
Interest in animal breeding, agriculture, and data management
Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented personality
Logical and interconnected thinking, as well as the ability to quickly grasp complex relationships and express them clearly
Enjoyment of customer contact, teamwork, and initiative
Confident German and good English skills, French is a plus
Advantageous
Knowledge of Swiss animal breeding
Experience in business analysis and requirements engineering or project management
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, agile methods, or IT interfaces
