Building Technician HVACSE 100%- Ensuring the smooth operation of building technology (HVACSE)
- Performing maintenance, inspection, and repair work
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Monitoring systems and conducting inspection rounds including reporting
- Coordinating craftsmen and processing tickets (CAFM)
- Supporting technical all-round service (e.g. relocations, winter service, site maintenance)
- Completed training in building technology / HVACSE or similar
- Experience in technical building maintenance is an advantage
- Independent, solution-oriented, and reliable working style
- Enjoyment of customer contact and strong service orientation
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Willingness for on-call duty
