The company is an internationally active Swiss corporate group with several subsidiaries and a strong market position in a specialised environment. Innovation, quality and the continuous development of structures and processes shape the corporate culture. As part of a replacement, an experienced individual is currently sought as Group Controller 80-100%. In this role, you will work closely with the CFO and the international subsidiaries, creating transparent decision-making bases through sound analyses and meaningful group reporting. The position offers you a broad range of tasks with plenty of scope for creativity and the opportunity to actively further develop reporting, planning and controlling processes at group level.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• You are responsible for group-wide monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and analyse key figures on sales, margins, costs, results, working capital and liquidity
• You coordinate budget, forecast and medium-term planning together with the subsidiaries, validate their financial data and consolidate it into a consistent group view
• As a sparring partner, you support the CFO and the finance managers of the subsidiaries with business management issues and prepare analyses and presentations for management and the board of directors as required
• You continuously develop reporting and key figure systems, support intercompany and consolidation-related topics and drive the automation and optimisation of existing controlling processes

You offer your new employer:

• Ideally, you have a degree or higher professional qualification in business administration, controlling, finance or accounting and bring several years of professional experience in controlling
• Experience in group reporting, investment or financial controlling as well as in working with international subsidiaries or sales companies forms an ideal basis for this position
• A sound understanding of profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, cash flow, margins, cost accounting and consolidation principles as well as very good Excel skills distinguish you professionally
• Very good German and English skills, an analytical and structured way of working, strong communication skills and enjoyment in developing processes complete your profile
