Medical Secretary

What to expect

• Coordination and organisation of our outpatient clinics
• Scheduling appointments, various examinations, and interventions
• Patient reception
• Providing telephone and written information to patients, referrers, and internal contacts
• Handling general administrative tasks (excluding medical letters or reports)
• Contributing ideas to optimise processes

What you bring

• Completed training as a medical secretary or medical practice assistant, ideally with professional experience
• Service-oriented, strong organisational skills, and precise working style
• Quick comprehension and empathetic interaction with people
• Team spirit, flexibility, and resilience
• Very good German skills (written and spoken) and good spoken French skills
