As Head of Human Resources, you bear overall responsibility for the HR area of Würth AG. In this role, you report directly to the management and work closely with the company’s leaders. Together with your team, you shape a future-oriented HR organisation, develop processes, structures and people further and make a decisive contribution to implementing our corporate strategy.
Your task:
In this role, you are responsible for the strategic and operational management of the entire HR area. You position HR as an effective partner for the business and actively shape the further development of our organisation.
- You lead the Human Resources area professionally, organisationally and personally and specifically develop the team of 16 employees
- You develop modern and effective concepts in the areas of recruitment, talent management, leadership, as well as learning & development
- You actively support the organisation in change and transformation processes and accompany the change in sales, internal services and other company areas
- You advise management and leaders as a competent sparring partner on all relevant strategic and operational HR topics
- You ensure efficient, service-oriented and future-proof HR processes, systems and instruments and continuously develop them
- You promote a performance-oriented, appreciative and modern leadership culture and sustainably strengthen Würth AG’s employer attractiveness
- You ensure compliance with relevant labour law, regulatory and operational framework conditions in Switzerland
What you bring with you:We are looking for a personality who combines strategic strength with operational implementation skills and feels comfortable in a dynamic, sales-oriented environment.
- Completed studies in economics, law, social sciences, psychology or a comparable field, complemented by solid further training in Human Resources Management
- Several years of leadership experience in a comparable HR management role with strategic and operational responsibility
- Sound expertise in HR strategy, organisational development, personnel development, recruitment and change management
- Experience in a performance-oriented, dynamic corporate environment, ideally in a sales, trade or service-related organisation
- Proven experience in accompanying transformation and change processes
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labour law as well as a confident sense for labour law, cultural and organisational issues
- High affinity for digitalisation, HR systems and modern HR instruments
- Strong growth mindset – pronounced sense of responsibility, high willingness to implement, self-reflection, networking skills, openness to new things and curiosity complete your profile
- High social competence, integrity, decisiveness and a binding, empathetic leadership style
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good French skills
