From 1 November 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for you for our organic-certified farm as
Farm Team Leader (90%)
You love working with people and feel just as comfortable outdoors in agriculture. As a reliable and empathetic personality, you will lead the two areas "Stable" and "Arable Farming" of our organically certified farm together with specialists. You will also support employees in their daily work. In doing so, you make a significant contribution both in front of and behind the scenes to ensure that we can offer this diverse, needs-oriented workplace.
