Specifically?

• As the security officer, you will define, implement, and oversee the bank's information security policy (information systems, data) and physical security (people, premises, assets), thereby ensuring the overall security of the bank.
• In your role as a leader, you will lead a team of experts in their field, whether for information security or physical security. You will strengthen interactions with other departments and contribute to the development of skills.
• Through your technological monitoring and regulatory analyses, you will continuously improve the BCVS security policy while anticipating new threats and developing balanced action plans. In the event of a major risk, you will manage the crisis while ensuring the continuity of the institution's activities.
• You will develop trusting relationships with authorities, management, external providers, as well as with your BCVS colleagues to raise awareness of good security practices.

• You have a higher education (Bachelor/Master level with a specialization in computer science), and you have proven expertise in information and physical security. Your background provides you with knowledge in risk management, banking regulation, and the security of public establishments.

• A rigorous person who knows how to keep calm, you provide constructive improvement solutions and know how to make decisions under pressure. You have strong analytical skills and skillfully use your abilities to unite.
