As a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH, you take on daily responsibility within the nursing team and apply your expertise competently and responsibly. At the same time, you enjoy contributing your own ideas and creative approaches to make everyday life individually meaningful and enjoyable for the residents together with the team. You are responsible for the nursing process as well as the RAI nursing needs assessment of the assigned residents. You plan and accompany medical visits and carry out nursing documentation in CareCoach. You are not alone in this: in daily life, you are supported by a dedicated team as well as our nursing expert team.
