To strengthen our Swiss sales team, we are looking for a communicative, curious, and sales-oriented personality as a Field Sales Representative for the Region Graubünden/Eastern Switzerland starting October 1 or by arrangement.
Your challenge
- Sales promotion measures: Ensuring maximum visual impact and optimal shelf availability through merchandising techniques. Placement of sales-promoting materials at the point of sale.
- Advertising activities: Planning, execution, and control of sales-promoting campaigns.
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Market and competitor analysis: Monitoring and analyzing market and competitor trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Responsibility for increasing sales and profits: Achieving goals through targeted measures and professional negotiation.
- Close exchange with internal partners: Efficient collaboration and coordination with various teams to achieve common goals.
Your profile
- Professional experience: Several years of experience in field sales in FMCG. Experience and/or networking in the tourism sector is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation skills and customer orientation: Ability to negotiate convincingly and a pronounced service orientation towards customers.
- Language skills: German as mother tongue, good oral and written English skills, Italian is an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial thinking: Initiative, an entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset, and willingness to take responsibility.
- Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
