Job Description

To strengthen our team in the Zurich region, we are looking from 07.01.2027 initially on a fixed-term basis until 31.12.2027 with the option of extension for a

Technical Representative (Tech Rep) – Running (m/f/d) for our client adidas

You live for running, love direct contact with people and want to turn your passion into a profession? With us, you bring the latest adidas Running innovations directly to the sales floor and ensure that retailers, salespeople and runners not only see the products but experience them.

Your tasks

• Sales support & floor presence: You are regularly on site with our retail partners, ensure a strong presence of adidas Running products and support their successful sales.
• Experiential advice: You advise end customers directly at the point of sale (POS) with deep expertise and enthusiasm.
• Activations & testing opportunities: You support running activations at retail partners and bring a test shoe set for product experiences on site if needed.
• Product training: You support sales staff on the floor and impart practical knowledge about adidas Running products and technologies.
• Market feedback & analysis: You collect valuable insights directly from the sales floor as well as from runners and pass structured feedback on to the product and marketing team.

Qualifications

• Passion: You are enthusiastic about the adidas brand and enjoy representing its running products authentically.
• Sports enthusiast: You like running or have a strong affinity for running sport. You always keep an eye on current trends and developments in the industry.
• Communication talent: You approach people openly and can inspire both customers and retailers.
• Flexibility: Regular assignments on Saturdays are part of your routine, as these are the most important sales days in retail.
• Mobile: You have a valid driving licence class B and a high willingness to travel within your region.
• Language skills: You communicate confidently in German, French and English.
