What you can achieve:

Conducting two-person patrols on the station premises
Accompanying evening and night trains in the ZVV rail network
Maintaining safety, calm, and order in public transport
De-escalation and intervention in conflicts
Reporting property damage
Cooperation with emergency services
Handling situations with increased risk

What you bring:

Completed vocational training or equivalent education
Swiss citizen or permit C or EU/EFTA B
Very good German skills in spoken and written form, spoken English skills are an advantage
Impeccable reputation (check of debt enforcement and criminal record extracts)
Swiss nationality or possession of permit C or EU/EFTA B
Ideal age between 20 and 45 years
Mobility (driver’s licence and own vehicle are an advantage)
Good physical condition (willingness to attend self-defence training)
