in 2x8 shift team

To strengthen our production team.

Your responsibilities

• Carry out machining operations in accordance with production sequences, plans and work instructions.
• Perform adjustments and start-up of multi-axis CNC machines.
• Diagnose and resolve process deviations and technical incidents.
• Carry out dimensional checks and ensure the conformity of produced parts.
• Respect planned deadlines and contribute to achieving production objectives.
• Provide technical support to operators and participate in the transmission of information within the team.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement: optimisation of cycle times, capability and reliability.
• Perform first-level maintenance operations and ensure the proper functioning and cleanliness of equipment.

Your profile

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a polymechanic, production mechanic or equivalent training.
• You have at least five years of experience in setting and starting up CNC machines.
• Proven experience on Bumotec machines is a decisive advantage.
• However, we remain open to quality applications from comparable CNC environments.
• You have excellent skills in reading plans and dimensional control.
• An expert in troubleshooting in a CNC environment, you can quickly analyse production deviations, make a relevant diagnosis and implement necessary actions to secure quality, deadlines and productivity.
• You work rigorously and ensure reliable maintenance of production and control documents.
• You are autonomous, organised, proactive and enjoy teamwork.
• You have perfect command of French, both spoken and written.
• You are willing to work 2x8 shift hours and have a means of transport compatible with these hours.
