Assistant Physician

Tasks

• Integrative psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment and counselling of people with addiction diseases and their comorbidities
• Close interprofessional collaboration with psychologists of the city of Winterthur
• Reliable cooperation with our internal and external network partners
• Careful treatment documentation and report preparation
• Participation as on-call physician in the consultative and liaison psychiatric service at KSW
• Active participation in internal and external further training

Profile

• Psychiatric professional experience of at least two years (inpatient prior experience) and interest in the treatment of substance use disorders
• Started psychotherapy training and interest in psychotherapeutic work
• Interest in networked work and differential diagnostic thinking
• Open-minded, confident personality with enjoyment of interdisciplinary teamwork and strong communication skills
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Swiss medical diploma or, for foreign diplomas, registration in the MEBEKO register
