To strengthen our team in the Food sector, we are looking for a motivated and committed *Supermarket employee, 50%* from 12.01.2026 to 31.07.2026, at the Lugano location.

Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for preparing lunch menus, salads, and soups.
- You ensure the processing, freshness, and quality of the products.
- You structure sales arguments into speeches and advise our demanding customers competently and friendly.
- You independently and reliably implement weekly promotions.
- You organize the sales area and set seasonal focuses.
- You check that the sales counters are well stocked and clean.
- You create an appealing commercial atmosphere in line with our strategy.
- You consistently comply with prescribed hygiene standards.

Your profile
- Preferably, you have completed basic training in retail or gastronomy.
- You have already gained professional experience in an equivalent position.
- You have the ability to adapt to high customer traffic and maintain calm and an overview in hectic situations.
- You have a positive attitude and a neat appearance.
- You have a reliable, meticulous, and independent working method.
- You have a strong affinity for Food products and sustainability.
- You are flexibly available according to resource planning.
- You speak Italian fluently and have knowledge of another national language.
