Your main tasks:

- Coordinate, accompany, and supervise external companies
- Support in maintenance and repair work
- Regular rounds and inspections including documentation
- Detect and repair damages and malfunctions in buildings and technical systems
- Order materials or system parts
- Perform minor repairs
- Support with moves and winter services
- Safety rounds including documentation, checking emergency materials, and general participation in emergency organization and occupational health services

Your profile:

- Completed vocational training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist EFZ or similar
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role (e.g., technical janitorial services, facility management, or similar)
- Manual skills and technical understanding
- Good IT skills (MS Office) and affinity for working with various internal tools
- Fluent German skills in speaking and writing, basic knowledge of English
- High customer orientation and great sense of responsibility as well as careful, thorough, and independent working style
- Teamwork skills and appreciative communication
- Willingness to participate in the on-call organization
- Impeccable reputation
