In this role, you ensure that they always have a functioning payment method, whether digital or physical, and support them quickly, safely and solution-oriented, especially in emergency situations. You benefit from regulated deployment plans, 35 hours per week at 100% salary as well as a structured basic training from 1 November 2026 in Zurich. After the induction, there is also the possibility to work partly from home.

• Telephone inbound advice for our customers in the banking and retail sector
• Competent handling of customer concerns regarding card blocks, replacement cards, limits and PIN codes
• Providing product information and support with our web services and the Viseca ONE app
• Ensuring professional, service-oriented customer advice at the highest quality level
• Active support of our customers in emergency situations such as card loss or suspected fraud
• Processing authorisation requests
• Participation in fraud prevention and ensuring high security standards

• Commercial basic training or motivated career changers with experience in telephone customer contact
• Fluent German and French skills; Italian and/or English an advantage
• Good comprehension of Swiss German is essential
• Experience in a call centre environment and shift work is an advantage
• Quick comprehension as well as precise and independent working style
• Friendly, service-oriented and resilient personality
• Ensuring professional and service-oriented customer advice at the highest quality level as a central part of your activity
• Good MS Office skills as well as high technical affinity and enjoyment of digital systems
