About the job
To complement our team, we are looking for a motivated, conscientious, and trustworthy new team member with a strong service mindset and team player qualities. With us, you will experience collegial cooperation, flat hierarchies, and straightforward decision-making processes.
- Weighing in and out of daily goods receipts and dispatches, including recording in the weighing program
- Initial assessment of the type of material and assignment of drivers regarding the unloading location
- Personal customer service at the counter
- Creation of weighing tickets and VEVA accompanying documents
- Quarterly VEVA closing
- Managing all weighing tickets (revision, corrections, filing, etc.)
- Recording prices of cash customers
- Preparing and paying out cash register accounts
- Cash register closings
- Sales accounting
- Support for small cash customers (independent pricing)
- Completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ or commercial school diploma
- Professional experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good Italian and/or English skills, any additional language is an advantage
- Confident MS Office skills
- Neat and customer-oriented work
- Strong flair for numbers, high flexibility
- Enjoyment of a dynamic environment
- Precise and reliable working style with solution-oriented approach and high initiative
