Your area of responsibility

For our EAM team in Vaduz, we are looking for a responsible, customer-oriented personality who actively supports our Relationship Managers in the care of asset managers and multi-family offices domiciled in Liechtenstein and proactively drives their own topics forward.

• Independent processing of enquiries and orders from our intermediaries (asset managers and multi-family offices domiciled in Liechtenstein) in day-to-day business
• Proactive support of the Relationship Managers in the care and further development of existing intermediary relationships
• Independent assumption of a clearly defined after-sales process for investment and product recommendations in close coordination with the responsible Relationship Managers
• Coordination of the necessary internal clarifications and further implementation of customer concerns
• Preparation and follow-up of customer and acquisition appointments, including presentations, evaluations and correspondence
• Deputising for the Relationship Managers as well as building your own network in the intermediary environment
• Participation in acquisition activities and in the further development of processes and service quality within the team
• Perspective: gradual assumption of your own clearly defined customer portfolio

For this responsible position, we are looking for a committed and entrepreneurial-minded personality with the following profile:

• Completed banking training or commercial training with specialised further education; higher professional training in banking or business administration is an advantage
• Several years of experience in intermediary business or private banking, ideally in a CRO, Assistant RM or comparable function
• Experience in after-sales of investment and product recommendations is an advantage; enjoyment of active interaction with intermediaries as well as pronounced implementation and closing strength
• Good knowledge of securities and foreign exchange business; knowledge of investment products
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks in international intermediary or private banking business (especially cross-border, MiFID and AML)
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment in taking responsibility for the binding follow-up of customer concerns
• Structured, independent and forward-looking way of working with a high quality standard
• Very good communication skills, cultivated appearance and pronounced team spirit
• Dynamic, proactive personality with initiative and enjoyment in further developing processes
• Confident German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
