- Install, commission and test our Security systems (alarm, video surveillance, access control and fire detection)
- Manage installation documentation
- Independently manage customers and installations
- Carry out inspection and maintenance interventions
- Provide technical assistance (by phone/ remotely)
- Participate in the on-call service
What you bring with you
- Basic training in computer science, mediamatics and telematics (CFC) or equivalent
- Good command of current IT tools (Microsoft, Office suite, AutoCad and Visio are advantageous)
- Good IT and network knowledge
- Experience gained in a similar position
- SES/VKF certification is an advantage
- Dynamic person with good interpersonal, organisational skills and sense of responsibility
- A strong customer/service orientation and a pronounced sense of initiative
- Native Italian speaker and at least one other national language; English is an advantage
