• You complete the 3-year apprenticeship as a Retail Specialist EFZ
• You learn to serve customers professionally and are a competent contact person and actively sell our products
• You acquire comprehensive industry, professional, and product knowledge
• You present the goods attractively in the store to encourage purchases
• You assist with inventory management, ordering, and online orders
• Working at the cash register is also part of your duties

• As a secondary school student level E, you have good academic performance
• You enjoy daily customer contact and advising
• You have a positive attitude towards work, like to get involved, and are motivated to achieve your learning goals
• You are communicative, reliable, honest, and helpful
• You have an interest in our diverse food assortment
• You have passed the Multicheck for retail specialists with an overall result of at least "sufficient"
