Your Tasks:

• You advise and support our customers by telephone and, if necessary, in the sales shop
• You are responsible for selling our range with a focus on tyres as well as service and wear parts
• You ensure high customer satisfaction through the active sale of our sales activities and services and share responsibility for achieving our goals
• You handle enquiries, offers and customer complaints and take on administrative tasks related to our wide range of products and services
• You record customer orders and returns
• You ensure the flow of information between field service and internal departments
