Our team forms the first point of contact for customer enquiries from commercial clients in Liechtenstein and the surrounding region. And there are many: telephone, written and physical contacts as well as those via digital media. Accordingly, the daily challenges and perspectives are diverse and exciting.
- Responding to team-supported customer enquiries and advising on our basic products and services (payments, savings, investments).
- Accepting orders across the full range of banking business, especially payment or foreign exchange orders.
- Account openings including all related due diligence checks for operational companies as well as real estate companies in Liechtenstein and the region.
- Review of standard financing requests.
- Various administrative tasks such as processing customer profiles, implementing regulations, handling work lists and order books, etc.
Your Education and Experience:
- A banking qualification is essential. Experience in the corporate customer or financing sector is an advantage.
- German at native speaker level; additional foreign languages are advantageous.
- You have a strong IT affinity and see digitalisation as an opportunity.
- Ideally, you are well established and networked in Liechtenstein or the region.
