For our location in Niederurnen, we are looking for a

Technical Service Building Envelope 100% (m/f/d)

In Technical Service, you are our competent contact person for the professional application of our fibre cement and fire protection products. You advise customers, support the planning of constructions and accompany projects from the initial idea to implementation. In doing so, you work closely with sales, product management and development and ensure that our products are used in a practical and standards-compliant manner.

Tasks

• Telephone and personal advice for architects, builders and contractors
• Planning and support for constructions and technical solutions
• Supervision of projects as well as instructions directly at the customer’s site
• Conducting courses for apprentices and skilled workers
• Preparation of tenders and offers, with and without measurement
• Creation and processing of CAD drawings

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a polybuilder specialising in pitched roofs (roofer), façade builder or carpenter
• Ideally further training, e.g. as site manager or foreman
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in consulting or in the building envelope sector
• Good MS Office skills
• CAD skills are an advantage
• Fluent German in spoken and written form; knowledge of Italian is an advantage
• Communicative, team-oriented personality with negotiation skills
• Independent, flexible and resilient working style
• Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment of customer contact
