About the job

As a Restaurant Consultant, you play a central role in the successful collaboration with our clients. You strengthen personal contact on site, understand the customers' needs thanks to your restaurant experience and sound knowledge of operational processes, and derive pragmatic solutions from this. Through your analytical thinking, communication skills, and understanding of processes in system catering, you contribute significantly to optimally aligning our services and supply chain solutions with the requirements of the restaurants and sustainably increasing their business success.

In this role, you support our clients in Western Switzerland and the Midlands. Therefore, it is essential that you are proficient in both German and French and ideally reside in this region to efficiently and personally support clients on site.

Your tasks

• Regular client visits and independent planning of on-site appointments
• Capturing customer needs and coordinating internal measures
• Proactive advice based on data analyses and reports
• Introduction of new processes and services at the client
• Conducting training for client employees
• Documentation of all activities in the CRM system

Your profile

• Completed vocational training
• At least 2 years in a leading position in restaurant management (1st assistant or restaurant manager)
• Communicative personality and strong customer orientation
• Analytical and process-oriented working style
• Very good Excel skills
• Very good MyStore and HAVI-Connect knowledge
• Fluent in German & French; English is an advantage
• Resident in the Western Switzerland or Midlands region
