Tasks
- Execute care, therapy, rehabilitation, and documentation tasks.
- Advise and support patients during entry and crisis situations.
- Act as a contact person for external calls and coordination.
Skills
- Must have EFZ healthcare qualification and experience with mental health patients.
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong sense of responsibility and social competence.

About the job
Your tasks include
- Carrying out measures in care, therapy, rehabilitation and in the medical-technical field and documenting them
- Advising, accompanying and supporting patients in admission situations, crisis situations
- Being the contact person for external calls, mediating and/or receiving them
You bring with you
- Qualification as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Experience in caring for mentally ill patients
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- High personal responsibility and proven social competence
- Enjoyment of night work and willingness to provide support
- Completed basic course in aggression management or willingness to complete it
- Good networked thinking
