Corporate and contract law, including employment law

Your tasks

• Advising Swiss and international companies as well as entrepreneurs primarily on corporate, contract and employment law matters
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, submissions and other legal documents
• Working on demanding national and international mandates
• Direct contact with clients and increasingly independent mandate management

What you bring

• Swiss lawyer’s licence
• Professional experience, preferably in corporate, contract or employment law, is an advantage
• Interest in economic contexts and entrepreneurial issues
• Team-oriented, careful and conscientious working style
• Strong sense of responsibility and enjoyment of direct client contact
• Very good German and English skills
