Our dedicated management team in Basel is looking for energetic support from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement – and perhaps you are exactly the right person for this!

Your area of responsibility

Together with our property managers, you ensure that everything runs smoothly. You can expect a variety of tasks that offer variety and responsibility:

• Manage exciting properties: Together with the property manager, you take care of the smooth administration and maintenance of an exciting portfolio in day-to-day business
• Viewings and handovers: You organise and assist with property viewings, inspections and handovers
• Maintain relationships: As a communicative contact person, you support tenants, owners, caretakers and suppliers – by phone, in writing and in person.
• Advertisements and rental contracts: You create advertisements, publish them and prepare contracts as well as contract amendments.
• Manage invoices: You check, code and post invoices

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training
• Ideally some initial professional experience in the real estate industry
• Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of Garaio REM is an advantage
• Confident German, French and English are a great plus
• Driving licence category B
• An independent and precise way of working
• Your friendly, solution-oriented manner makes you the ideal contact person
