Restaurant Manager Holy Cow! / Bern

For one of our Holy Cow! restaurants in Bern, we are looking for a highly motivated manager to start immediately or by arrangement.

Requirements

• Management of operational business while adhering to Holy Cow! standards
• Responsibility for scheduling and team leadership
• Management of the cash book and monthly inventories
• Responsibility for administrative and leadership-related tasks, monitoring KPIs and achieving agreed targets.
• Opening and closing the restaurant (
• Recruitment of the team and regular evaluations
• Customer communication (gathering customer satisfaction, guest complaint management, sales and advising our customers)
• Daily ordering of our fresh products and stock control
• Hands-on, daily work at the front

Tasks

• Completed training in gastronomy or a related field
• Willingness to work overtime
• Practical experience in the areas mentioned above
• Experience in managing medium-sized teams (at least 3 – 5 years of leadership experience)
• Customer-oriented, flexible and very quality-conscious
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• You are a team player
• You are accustomed to working in busy and hectic workplaces
• You speak Swiss German and English very well. Additional languages are always an advantage
