Your Tasks

• Professional, personnel and organisational support in leading the midwifery team with an appreciative and motivating leadership culture.
• Ensuring professional, family-oriented and high-quality care for pregnant women, women in labour and postnatal mothers.
• You promote the individual development of your employees and strengthen team cohesion.
• Active participation in shaping and further developing obstetrics as well as optimising existing processes are part of your responsibilities.
• In close cooperation with the medical service, nursing and other professional groups, you promote constructive interprofessional collaboration.
• You are responsible for needs-based personnel planning and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Your Profile

• Completed training as a certified midwife FH or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland.
• You have several years of professional experience in obstetrics and ideally already have leadership experience.
• With your empathetic, communicative and solution-oriented personality, you promote an appreciative and constructive team culture.
• Organisational talent, decisiveness and a high sense of responsibility characterise you as much as your ability to keep an overview even in demanding situations.
• Enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration as well as motivation to actively shape and further develop obstetrics.
